Details (tentative schedule):
July 3
- Arrival, individual excursions, visit with Dan,
- EveningDinner at the hotel, probably catered as a light meal.
- Conclude the evening with a celebration of birthday's/ family remembrances/ and memorial for of Carl.
- Individual and family groupings morning and early afternoon.
- Mid afternoon gathering in the back yard of Dan and Gwen's, picnic dinner, entertainment provided.
July 5th
- Brunch and departure for some.

- Rooms will be guaranteed until June 18th (reserve early!)
- Negotiated rate will be honored up to and after June 18th
- Studio suite with one queen bed - $70/night
- Two bed suite with two double beds - $85/night
- Two bedroom suite with one queen bed and one sleeper sofa - $85/night
- Each room has a kitchen
- There is a whirlpool, exercise room, and laundry
We have access to a free meeting room starting July 2 through July 5 - it holds 42 people.
